Our agritourist farm is set among the the green Teatine hills, between our vineyards and olive groves, just 7 km from the sea and 15 km from the main skiing locality (Passolanciano), as well as from the National Park of Maiella.
We offer five double rooms each with bathroom and the possibility of independent entrance by way of the glass doors onto the balcony from which there is a lovely panoramic view. A complete kitchen with fireplace is also available for guest use.
We also have a spacious panoramic terrace where one of the rooms has its entrance, and from which there is truly an exceptional view. In addition, you’ll find a small riding stable, a play area for children, kennels where pedigree boxers are raised, mountain bikes, hammocks, beach equipment, a guide, shuttle bus, and accommodations for pets.
Our dining room is for our guests only and we serve dishes based on typical products of Abruzzo such as pasta dishes with legumes, lamb arrosticini, ewe’s milk cheeses, homemade bread and pizza baked in a wood-burning oven, homemade grape jam, and typical desserts.
The most beautiful places in Abruzzo are located within a 15-km radius: Chieti, a city of art and culture (with amphitheatres, museums, cinemas, theatre, etc.), Pescara, a modern seaside city with numerous opportunities for amusement of various types, the National Park of Abruzzo, a paradise of flora and fauna, Ripari di Giobbe, one of the most beautiful seaside spots, it has a rocky beach in an inlet with splendid water that is ideal for those who appreciate the tranquillity of wilderness.
Only 3 km from the agritourist farm you’ll find three sports fishing lakes, the Foro river where you can go hiking, mountain biking or for a ride on horseback; 2 km away there is the prestigious Miglianico Golf.
Throughout the year in the town of Miglianico and other nearby communities there are local festivals, cultural initiatives and sports events, for example the “Maglianico Tour” an international marathon and the “Contrade del Piacere” a local festival offering stands where it is possible to taste some of the most typical dishes of Abruzzo.
While staying with us you can taste the well-known Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine as well as extra virgin olive oil, both produced locally and of excellent quality. In November there are tastings of first-press oil and novello wine.
