LE FONTANELLE agritourist farm offers splendid units complete with kitchen and fireplace within a very characteristic rural context in the Imola hills just a few kilometres from Castel del Rio.
Four apartments (for 4-5 guests) have been created from an old stone country house and two others (for 2 guests) from the old hay loft nearby.
All the apartments are furnished with period pieces, the kitchens are equipped with everything you’ll need, including fridge and freezer, and there is a tv; other aspects make each unit unique.
Outdoors there is a play area for children, a ping-pong table and bocce area. A wood-burning oven and barbecue for preparing tasty meals are available for guest use in the garden where there are also tables for dining.
For hikers or mountain bikers, there are numerous paths departing from the farm toward sites of historic interest and beautiful landscapes.
Relaxation and contact with nature are the main characteristics of Le Fontanelle agritourist farm, but there is no shortage of opportunities for amusement and enjoyment of the typical gastronomy of the region. Events, local festivals and special manifestations take place throughout the year, offering possibilities to satisfy interests in art, culture, music, local foods and wine, and even motor racing.
