A well, dug by a man named Rosario Marino in the 1700’s was baptized the “Well of Miracles”. He had discovered nearby a spring of odd colour and odd smelling water. In this way Marino rediscovered the therapeutic waters that had been known and used in antiquity in this Sicilian area.Today, the Alì Spa boasts two distinct thermal centres that make available, for whomever needs them, the excellent sulphureous-saline,bromine iodic waters that emerge at the source from 40° to 46° C.
