Residence La Rosa dei Venti - Situated on a hillside enjoying a charming panorama; like a little model tacked on between land and water, with a glimpse of sea visible between the promontory, the coast and the islands of Molara and Tavolara. From the apartments terraces and from the splendid swimming pool, complete with deck chairs and diving board, it is possible to admire the sea which stretches from the Aranci Gulf to the Molara Island. Enchanting panoramas at sunset and at dawn and, once immersed in the waters of the swimming pool, you feel as if able to reach out and embrace Tavolara Island itself. The complex consists of villas with independent entrances and car parking space.

Residence Sa Pedra Romantica - Situated at Monte Petrosu, a little hillside town facing southwards, this is a beautiful and well tended complex, with garden and swimming pool. Panoramic apartments with car parking space. Towards land, from some of the terraces it is possible to admire even some small glimpses of the sea.
The sea is 1 km away from each of the residence complexes. In the environs, there is an infinity of charming little beaches to be enjoyed: Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu with the famous Cala della Tartaruga, Puntaldia, a line which runs from Puntaldia to San Teodoro.
