The residence " The Platans ", typical Tuscan Country  home, offers to all its guest the second floor composed by three large rooms, two baths and a livingroom  to see the tv  is available, to connect to internet and to enjoy some good reading. The breakfast is  served in the spacious kitchen, where there is an old fashion fireplace that makes  the environment very pleasant; while from the window doors , the garden and the lemon grove  can be admired. In the beautiful season the breakfast can be served in the porch from which you admire the  large  park of platans, pine trees, lecci, tigli, maples
The residence is an  oasis of green near  the  road of communication Florence-Pisa-Livorno (FI-pi-them), on the hills on which Siena is risen, S.Gimignano, Certaldo, Monteriggioni, and onto roads of the chianti wines , the chianti D.O.C.
The labronica  Coast (Livorno, Castiglioncello..) tall, rocky with backdrops rich in caves, coral, Mediterranean fishes and the beautiful beaches of the Versilia (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi.) areeasily attainable.
Around the residence Suburbs and Castles (Lari, Vicopisano, Terricciola, Peccioli.) At 1 km there is  The International Horse Centre of  Valdera. The Scoiatto.
