Torre Antica is a complex of five apartments located in Tavernelle Val di Pesa within a refurbished medieval tower and two other constructions, one of which dates back to 1400. Each unit is directly on the garden and has its own private table near the panoramic swimming pool with a view of San Gimignano. While sitting in the shade of tall trees and surround by lemon trees and other types of flowering plants, you can admire one of the most beautiful Tuscan landscapes: the Val D’Elsa with its medieval villages, churches, and castles. Positioned at 400 meters elevation and with a south-western exposure, there is a wonderfully mild climate at Torre Antica year around.
The apartment interiors have been created with careful attention to detail: terracotta or parquet floors, solid wood doors, antique or period furnishings; all units have independent heating and air-conditioning on request.
We are located just 500 metres from the town, so you can reach shops or restaurants with just a short walk. In addition, you can reach numerous sites of interest in just 15 to 90 minutes by car, for example Siena, Florence, the seaside, spas, castles of Chianti, aquatic parks, artistic towns, etc.)
You can enjoy, upon request, typical dinners or meals based on fish in the medieval tower. The proximity of the owner’s residence assures that your privacy is respected and that assistance is always available.
