The Agricultural firm and Farmhouse , "Il cantico della natura", is situated on the green umbre hills with a splendid view on the Lake Trasimeno, 450 ms. above sea level, in a natural context of notable intensity.  The receptive structure consists of  a 800 old farm in stone .. Particular care taking in the restructuring, which was  done according to the principles of the biobuilding and with the use of materials recovered  (from the roofs to the floors up to the finishing touch).
Ancient farm house in stone, elegantly restructured on the base of the principles of the biobuilding and furnished with original furniture of end '800, make rooms available, suite with sight on the lake and apartments.  This has allowed to preserve the original taste and to create a clear harmony between the inside and the uncontaminated surrounding landscape (composed by 500 ancient olive trees chestnut trees, small pinewood  ).  The lodgings are identified by the name of the months of the year and they are personalized bathroom and bath.
The restaurant proposes typical umbra kitchen and candle light dinners. They have served typical umbre  foods using natural and biological products of the farmhouse and our region in the conviction that the food at the same time is  vital nourishment for a healthy and pleasant life that finds in the art of the kitchen a lot of  satisfaction.
