In the heart of the Umbria, at 80 km from Rome, in the green countryside, the country home of the Podero Passatore offers a marvellous view, in a good position at 450 mt. above the sea level between mild hills and 15 acres   of fields cultivated surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.  The 1800 century  country home, constituent the farm were all restored at the top of  a hill, traditional farm houses transformed in  delightful country -houses.  It is in an ideal position to visit the most well-known art towns of the region or to visit the nearby small medieval towns.  For the sport lovers it is possible to do trekking, ping pong, mountain-bike, volley ball and Motor on four-wheel QUAD, pleasant tours with escort.  Not very far, rafting at the waterfalls of the Marmora and horse stables for unforgettable trips on horseback.
