We have five rooms that we offer for 2/3 people each. Albicocca (Apricot), Ciliegia (Cherry) and Fragola (Strawberry) are on the ground floor with direct access from outside, while Mela (Apple) is on the first floor and Pera (Pear) is on the second floor, both with access through the lounges. These rooms have two beds (85 x 200), which can be prepared as two twin beds or one king size bed, one sofa that can be transformed in a third extra single bed (80 x 190) and a bathroom with a shower (except Fragola, which has a bathtub). All the bathrooms have hairdryers. Ciliegia and Fragola are designed and equipped to accommodate disabled guests as well. Please note that we do not have an elevator.

We also have two small flats which we recommend for 4/6 people: Nespola (Medlar) on the first floor of the main building and Pesca (Peach) on the second floor. Both flats have the same structure: one room with a king-size bed (170x200) for a couple, a second sligthly smaller room with two single beds (85x200) and a big living room with a sofa that becomes a big bed for 1/2 people (in Nespola this bed is 140x190 whilst in Pesca is 160x190). In the living room is a kitchenette equipped with two electric hotplates, a sink, a small fridge and a microwave oven. A full set of dishes and crockery is of course supplied. Each flat has two bathrooms, a bigger and a smaller one (without bidet): in Nespola the big bathroom has a bathtub and the smaller one has a shower, whilst in Pesca both of them have showers. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Each apartment has a small TV, but there is the big TV with satellite antenna at all our guests' disposal in the big lounge on the ground floor. The two mini-apartments are both the same size. The only difference lies in their appearance: the first floor apartment has a wooden ceiling and a more intimate atmosphere, with big windows overlooking the courtyard and the swimming pool, while on the second floor the ceiling is very high, the atmosphere is more spacious and the windows offer views over the entire property. Please note that we do not have an elevator.
